Everything was really good, peaceful location to much road noise as bb right next to roundabout, the staff were amicable. The rooms were spotless and compact equipped with double bed.

We had a lovely Christmas stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
The room we stayed in was a bit dated and could use some updating. We also noticed a slight musty smell in the bathroom, which was a bit off-putting.

I recently stayed at a lovely guest house in Scarborough called Hallam. My stay was for two nights and I was very satisfied with the experience. The location was fantastic, being very close to the train station, town, and just a short walk to the beach. The room and bed were spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable sleep. The man running the guest house for the weekend was very polite and friendly. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were lovely and accommodating. a great stay at Hallam Guest House.
I highly recommend this hotel.
